Hexa Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our industrial construction project in Winsford. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams of subcontractors, working closely with project management, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors to ensure the project is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with project management to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental requirements are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or other problems that may arise during the project.
- Relevant industry qualifications, including SMSTS certification.
- Ideal background in roofing and industrial projects.
- Hold a valid first aid certification.
- Experience of working on commercial refurb projects.
- Be self-sufficient and motivated in approach.
Pay rate: £250 per day.
