Advanced Practitioner

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join their Children in Care Court Team in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of up to £45,955 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth family assessments to identify social needs and risks to children, with a focus on parental capacity and ability to change.
- Utilize reflective supervision, research, and guidance to recognize professional limitations and seek advice from senior staff and managers.
- Seek professional second opinions on legal issues, interventions, and plans impacting children and families.
- Develop and implement child-centered plans to manage and reduce identified risks, meeting the needs of the child.
- Stay up-to-date with child development knowledge and its impact on child life, including physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Maintain accurate case notes and records for children under your care.
- Commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Experience in child protection and family assessment.
- Strong understanding of child development and its impact on child life.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior staff and managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
