Project Controls Manager

At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Project Controls Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project controls strategies and processes.
  • Lead the implementation of best practice project controls principles, including planning, analytics, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project controls systems, including Primavera, Project Online, and Microsoft Project.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in project controls, including risk, cost control, estimating, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, including NEC, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Deliver project status reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for recovery plans and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project controls, including leadership and management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls systems and tools, including Primavera and Project Online.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Desirable:
  • Line management responsibilities, including team leadership and development.
  • Experience in bid or proposal preparation, writing, review, and assurance.
  • Skilled oral and written communication, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
