Apprentice Programme Manager

Location: South Glasgow, Scotland

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £40,000 plus £5,500 car allowance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Apprentice Programme Manager. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for ensuring the academic success and career progression of our apprentices.

You will work closely with our apprentices, providing pastoral care and academic support to help them achieve their full potential. Your role will also involve designing and implementing career progression plans, ensuring that our apprentices receive the best possible support throughout their apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to apprentices
  • Design and implement career progression plans
  • Work closely with apprentices to identify and address any challenges or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of apprenticeship programmes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of Scotland's Apprentice systems and funding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting apprentices
