Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Dietitian to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Nutrition and Dietetics department, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition and dietetic services to our patients with neurological conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Service Development and Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and safety of our dietetic services, ensuring they meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders.
  2. Clinical Expertise: Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on all aspects of nutrition and dietetics, particularly in the areas of neurology and neurosurgery.
  3. Teaching and Education: Contribute to the education and training of other healthcare professionals, promoting best practice and evidence-based nutrition and dietetic care.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Hold a degree or master's in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, with evidence of training in leadership.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience in a similar role, with excellent clinical and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
