As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining seamless communication with the HR & Finance Manager, serving as a direct liaison. Your duties will involve inputting employee data into HR software, overseeing the upkeep of the employee handbook, policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
You will also be responsible for monitoring employee time and attendance data for payroll purposes and handling the calculation and management of employee holidays through cloud-based administration software.
Additionally, you will produce various HR correspondences, contribute to organizational development by improving and developing processes, and perform general ongoing HR tasks.
You will play a role in employee performance cases by taking meeting minutes and administering references, while also handling general administration tasks such as coordinating with candidates, sending out invitations, and managing responses.
Your key responsibility will be to guarantee the smooth operation of the interview process.
Requirements- A background in HR administration – 2 Year's experience and possess knowledge of HR concepts and practices
- Good knowledge of People HR software
- HR CIPD Level 3 or above
- At least 2 years experience of running Payroll using Sage Payroll software
- Will treat confidentiality as core to the HR role
- Driving licence / access to a car
- £20,000 – £25,000 pro-rata depending on experience
- Hybrid working – a balance of home and office working provided
- Flexible arrangement of working hours (based on 4 hours per day 5 days per week)
