At British Solar Renewables, we're shaping the future of energy with innovative solutions. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our construction team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a collaborative team to manage multiple projects, focusing on quality assurance, health and safety standards, and meeting project goals on budget and schedule.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Construction team and the broader business objectives.
  • Oversee project programmes, critical milestones, and budgets in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor.
  • Negotiate and establish contracts for project delivery, ensuring targets for programme and budget are met.
  • Manage project costs, ensure robust cost control, and monitor project progress.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, with a focus on collaboration and leadership.
  • A strong understanding of the renewables sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders and presenting project updates.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project is desirable (training can be provided).
  • Experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • HND or degree qualification in construction, or equivalent experience.
