We are seeking a skilled Hotel Contracting Specialist to join our team at Antella Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our contracting team, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with hotels in Scotland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and secure exclusive deals with hotels, including seasonal FIT & Group rates and special offers.
  • Identify and contract 'must-have' hotels within destinations and negotiate added-value deals and special offers.
  • Monitor and optimize contracted rates and availability to achieve room night and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of hotel markets and destinations, including peak dates, trade shows, and visitor information.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in hotel contracting for Scotland and the UK.
  • Influential negotiation and communication skills to secure contracts and build strong relationships with hotel suppliers.
  • UK driving license to facilitate travel to meet with hotel suppliers.
  • Analytical and data-driven skills to evaluate and optimize contract performance.
