Temporary Asset Manager - This position oversees a team consisting of 1 Principal Analyst, 3 Analysts, and 1 Data Officer.

Working Pattern:

Daily Rate:
£500 daily - Umbrella


This is a full-time role, and while driving is not necessary, you will be expected to work in the office for 2 days each week.


Key Responsibilities:
Aspects of the role include:

1. Overseeing the ongoing stock condition survey, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
2. Analyzing newly collected data to derive insights regarding the property stock.
3. Utilizing existing data to develop multiple work programs.

4. Modeling data across various scenarios, examining different levels of aggregation and types of work.

5. Evaluating current decent homes analysis and establishing processes for more robust assessments in this domain.

6. Leading client-side efforts in implementing the new Assets module in NEC and facilitating data migration from Apex to NEC.

7. Reviewing reporting requirements to ensure compliance, either through NEC or alternative methods.
