Key Responsibilities:- Enforcing planning and advertisement regulations
- Monitoring planning permissions to ensure compliance with approved plans and conditions
- Providing advice and guidance to the public and developers on planning enforcement-related issues
- Collaborating with the Team Leader for Heritage & Planning Enforcement to deliver the Planning Enforcement Service
You will have a strong understanding of planning legislation, regulations, standards, and guidance. Additionally, you will be required to:
Requirements:- Have a full driving license
- Hold a planning-related qualification or equivalent experience
- Be able to work under the general direction of the Team Leader for Heritage & Planning Enforcement
