Job Title: Planning Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Planning Administrator to support the Planning team at Branston Potatoes. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing planning activities, ensuring seamless execution of projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Planning team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and manage planning activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
