About the Role
McDonald's is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Administrative Manager. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cash Management: Ensure accurate cash handling procedures, update trackers, and order change as needed.
- Welcome Meetings: Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions to ensure new employees feel integrated and informed from day one.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure timely ordering of necessary materials.
- Discipline: Monitor lateness and sickness, and support in disciplinary procedures as needed.
- Implement People Systems: Develop and implement performance reviews, onboarding processes, and other HR-related initiatives.
- Training and Development: Oversee training across the restaurant and promote a positive culture through employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Listening Strategies: Implement effective listening strategies to ensure employee feedback is heard and addressed.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, curious, and resilient with the courage to challenge.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Self-directed and motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook.
