Position: Collections and Arrears Specialist

Location: Belfast / Hybrid working (post initial training period).

This position is offered on a permanent basis.

About the Position:

We invite applications from driven individuals who are passionate about assisting retail clients facing financial challenges, to implement effective strategies for resolution.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • Oversee a portfolio of distressed or at-risk mortgage and personal borrowers, applying suitable case strategies.
  • Work autonomously, navigate challenges, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and foster a strong customer conduct culture.

What You Will Contribute:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Communicate assertively to positively influence decisions and secure commitment.
  • Consistently achieve results with resilience.
  • Experience in financial services or arrears management is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grades A-C).
