Professional Placements Administrator

We are seeking a part-time Professional Placements Administrator to join our placements team within the School of Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the placement of students in their education-based training placements in accordance with professional and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide placement support to students in a busy and highly responsible role.
  • Administer the placing of students in their education-based training placements.
  • Communicate effectively with partner schools and students, including drafting correspondence and communications.
  • Build networks and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Provide excellent customer service experience.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT skills, including full working knowledge of MS Office.
Working Arrangements:

This is a part-time post at 18.5 hours per week. The working days will be agreed with the successful individual, with a preferred pattern including hours on a Monday and Wednesday. The role is eligible for agile working, allowing for flexible working arrangements to be agreed with the manager.
