Job Title: Support Worker - Hemsworth

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at our supported living service in Hemsworth. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals who are living in our community, enabling them to maintain independence and engage in activities they enjoy.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the care and support they need to live their best life. You will also have the opportunity to work with new partnerships and activities, making a real difference in the lives of the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with care needs
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Work closely with the community team to ensure seamless support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license (no need for your own vehicle)
  • Male applicants only
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic
  • Reliability, honesty, and determination
