Nano Fibre UK is seeking a skilled Civils Avoidance Engineer to join our team in the Gravesend area. As a fast-growing company, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers, and we need enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to support us in this mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify allocated CBT's and pull cabling from chambers to customers' properties.
- Ensure risk assessments are carried out and all processes are followed regarding permits and reporting blockages to the Civils teams.
- Provide excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, a focus on teamwork, and brilliant customer service.
- Prioritize tasks and find the best customer solutions possible.
- Travel to different areas of the country, with accommodation provided when required.
- Work irregular hours and overtime to achieve our customer service targets.
- Be medically fit and able to carry out a physical job in all weathers.
- Work in teams or alone to meet our SLA KPI's set by our partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year working in a similar role preferred.
- Accreditations: SAOO2 – PIA Underground Safety (preferred) and S7 – PIA Sub-Duct and Cable Installation (preferred).
