Job Title: Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team at Audio Note (Uk) Limited. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our audio equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for audio equipment
  • Diagnose and repair faults in audio equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Develop and implement test procedures to ensure equipment meets quality standards
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall quality
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND electronics or similar qualification
  • Experience with audio equipment and an understanding of audio quality criteria
  • Experience with audio test equipment; scope, audio test-set etc.
  • Familiarity with valve/tube audio and digital audio products
  • Electronic product fault-finding skills
  • Precise record keeping
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet order deadlines
What We Offer:
  • 3 days Company Sick Pay, one probationary period is passed
  • 1 extra holiday day per year worked, capped at 5 additional days (5 years service+)
  • Annual bonus, based on profits, pro-rata
