Penguin Recruitment is a well-established consultancy specializing in building services, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects across the North-West region. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Estimator to enhance our team.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in estimating for a variety of projects, working closely with the Project Management team. This position primarily involves office-based tasks, although site visits will be necessary from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently estimate costs for new and ongoing projects within the building services sector.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, guiding junior staff and managing project timelines effectively.

Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in mechanical estimating within the building services industry.
- Previous hands-on experience is advantageous, along with recognized industry qualifications.
- Possession of a full driving license is essential.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
