About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Executive to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a Fundraising Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving community engagement, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding our reach through innovative fundraising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Lead fundraising efforts by developing and implementing regional fundraising strategies in the Shropshire area.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with individuals, community groups, schools, and small businesses to increase loyalty and support for our organization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and wider team to maximize opportunities and ensure the success of our fundraising initiatives.
  • Volunteer Management: Support and train volunteers, offering tailored stewardship to enhance their engagement with our organization.
  • Public Speaking: Deliver presentations and talks to various audiences to raise awareness of our mission and generate support for our organization.
Requirements
  • Experience in fundraising, community engagement, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
