Due to continued sustained growth, the company has recognised the need for an experienced senior Supply Chain professional to join their senior leadership team.

  • Develop and implement the overall supply chain and procurement strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure cost-effective deals without compromising quality.
  • Develop procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Implement risk management measures and advance the innovation agenda.
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage risk.
  • Monitor market trends and drive cost reduction while maintaining quality.
  • Provide leadership to the supply chain team, ensuring alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in Supply Chain or Procurement Management, supported by a CIPS qualification, a degree, or a relevant technical certification. You have a proven track record in leading Supply Chain Management within a Group organisation, and ideally have some knowledge of Construction / Building Services.

With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in conducting root cause analysis and achieving cost-saving targets, you have delivered sustainable procurement and are well-versed in continuous improvement methodologies.

A strong communicator and leader, you guide and motivate high-performing cross-functional teams, make data-driven decisions, and maintain a customer-focused approach to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
