Job Summary:
This role is a Monday start opportunity to work alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. The company is looking to hire an experienced site engineer to work on a major civils and roads project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out all associated works, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Implementing ITPS, RAMS, and RFIS systems to ensure project efficiency.
- Conducting QA/QC checks to guarantee high-quality workmanship.
- Maintaining health and safety standards, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with agreed methodology and method.
- Managing site documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinating with site supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on heavy civils projects, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies.
- Possession of a valid CSCS card and full UK driving license.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a site engineer, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
