Auldton Stoves Ltd is looking to recruit a proactive and enthusiastic Yard Operative to join our team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Store Keeping**: Maintain and organise efficient stores. Report low stock levels to the manager.
- **Van Driving**: Drive company van for local deliveries and collections. Ensure safe, timely and accurate transportation of goods.
- **Housekeeping**: Tidy up the workshop and keep workspaces clean.
- **Forklift Driving**: Load and unload trucks using forklifts. Perform general yard movements of company equipment.
- **Order Packing & Unloading**: Securely load deliveries for transport. Unload orders and store equipment.
- **Maintenance**: Perform maintenance on equipment. Ensure all equipment performs to a high standard.
- **Yard Organising**: Keep the yard tidy, organised and ensure equipment is in the correct location.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferable experience in yard operations or related roles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating forklifts. (Training will be provided if required)

(Monday - Friday)

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
