About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer Associate to join our team at Talent Motion. As a key member of our building services consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional buildings that benefit both occupants and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects as lead mechanical engineer, overseeing successful design solutions for a range of projects
  • Develop project scope with design teams and clients, including budgeting and reporting
  • Act as project manager, reviewing mechanical designs and overseeing team resource to ensure successful project delivery
  • Assist the wider management team with business development and project financial control activities
  • Perform site visits and technical surveys of existing mechanical installations, recommending potential solutions to improve systems
