Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.

About the Role
  • Support individuals to develop their independence and make their own choices.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
  • Follow care plans and provide personal care as needed.
  • Take service users on outings and participate in activities such as arts, crafts, and day trips.
Requirements
  • No experience is required, but a caring and resilient nature is essential.
  • Must be a driver, as this is an essential requirement for the role.
  • Happy to provide personal care and support individuals with complex needs.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £26,477 - £26,962 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available.
  • Full-time, 40-hour per week contract with 1 sleep per week.
  • Permanent contract with a range of benefits, including auto-enrolment pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
