Exciting Opportunities for Support Workers

Vetro Recruitment is recruiting several Support Workers to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs.

  • Salary: £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) with plenty of overtime available
  • Hours: Full Time - 35 - 35.7 hours per week, 1 sleep per week
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Shifts: A variety of shifts including optional sleeps, including weekends
  • Location: Cross Hands

Job Responsibilities:

  • Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensuring the safety of the service users.
  • Following care plans for each individual.
  • Taking service users out into the community.
  • Participating in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.

Requirements:

  • No experience is required.
  • Must be resilient.
  • Drivers ESSENTIAL due to location
  • Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
