About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Impact Investing team as an Investment Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multiple transactions and taking true deal responsibility in a flat and supportive structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis, management, and exit of investments
  • Contributing to or leading special projects, including market research, strategy, and development of investment processes
  • Working closely with an excellent sourcing team to identify and evaluate investment opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2-9 years of relevant professional experience, including a foundation in Corporate Finance related work at a major Financial Institution
  • Real technical skills, including hands-on financial analysis and modeling of investments
  • Particular experience with Private Debt transactions
  • Passion for, interest in, or understanding of Emerging Markets, specifically Sub-Saharan Africa and South East Asia
  • Shared passion for making a long-term positive impact and a keenness to learn to apply impact analysis to investments
  • Aligned personal values and mission
