Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory Adult Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities in a Supported Living setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
