BEMS Project Engineer

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and servicing existing BEMS, diagnosing and resolving faults, and ensuring timely delivery of projects to exceed client expectations.
  • Providing clients with recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Engaging in proactive customer interactions, emphasizing quality service and relationship building.
  • Conducting site visits to troubleshoot and repair control systems, including wiring, control panels, and BMS controllers.
  • Performing scheduled maintenance on control systems and executing modifications as needed.
  • Documenting service activities and outlining any additional work required for faulty equipment.
  • Adhering to the company's quality standards and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A strong engineering background with at least 5 years of experience in BEMS service.
  • Experience with TREND hardware, networks, or Tridium control platforms.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (C & G level 2 or equivalent).
  • Proven diagnostic skills for control system issues.
  • Comprehensive mechanical plant knowledge.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • A valid driving license.
