Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with Ofsted and national standards.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the quality of practice and inclusion provisions.
- Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to colleagues to achieve excellent practice throughout the settings.
- Inspection Support: Support managers and settings with inspections, whether announced or unannounced, to ensure compliance with Ofsted and Local Authority Regulations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
- Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Qualifications: A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required.
- Experience: Strong experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably in the early years sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of Ofsted and national standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and other relevant software.
