**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Revenue Services Department as a Parking Debt Recovery Officer. This is a part-time role, requiring 17.5 hours of work per week.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Enforce parking penalty charge notices, exercising discretion and judgment in handling matters.
  • Prepare Orders for Recovery and Warrants of Control, working with external enforcement agents to collect outstanding penalties.
  • Manage cases in line with the parking recovery process, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in parking debt recovery, with a strong understanding of the processes involved.
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills to manage a busy workload.
  • Desirable: experience with the Taranto system.
