About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Elior UK. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the manager in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
  • Support the manager in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
  • Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge, and ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment
