Door Fitter/Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Door Fitter/Supervisor to lead our installation team and ensure the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running installation teams, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to read manufacturing or electrical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of fitters to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Manage and coordinate installation teams to meet project deadlines.
- Read and interpret manufacturing or electrical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Ensure all HSE and company paperwork is completed and returned to the office after each project.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in running installation teams.
- SSSTS Card as a minimum.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- FLT (Counterbalance / Telehandlers) certification.
- Ability to undergo Security Clearance, including background checks, references, and medical checks.
Company Benefits:

Working Conditions:
- 4 days a week working away on average, with £25 allowance and accommodation provided.
- Specialist jobs requiring 3-week stints abroad, with £45 daily allowance and overtime rates for late shifts.
