The Role:
- As an Operations Supervisor, you will engage with guests to welcome, converse, and assist with inquiries, particularly when VIP guests and long-stay guests are present in the lobby
- You will be responsible for managing the initial impressions of our guests
- Engage guests in conversation and provide general assistance
- Address, document, and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Welcome VIP guests and major corporate clients upon their arrival
- Coordinate services and special arrangements for long-stay guests
- Understand and apply all credit procedures
- Stay informed about all hotel products, services, policies, and emergency protocols
- Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement strategies for improvement
- Handle, document, and follow up on management issues or emergencies as they arise
- Conduct any necessary health and safety procedures, including fire drills and food safety investigations
