Contract Type: Fixed Term

Job Purpose

We are excited to announce a new role within our Global Supply Chain Team focused on overseeing our defective parts and refurbishment operations. This position, based at our Coalville Warehouse, will collaborate closely with our current warehouse staff to establish innovative processes and optimize stock management. The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be essential in managing Full Circle's defective parts and refurbishment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of the system (Opusflow) reflecting the movements of defective and refurbished inventory, including financial and purchase order information.
  • Communicate directly with refurbishment partners to coordinate repair activities.
  • Expand refurbishment options by identifying new repair contacts and solutions.
  • Organize collections from field technicians and manage transportation to and from refurbishment facilities.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for OEM stock items detailing refurbishment options.
  • Oversee the disposal of non-repairable items in compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop a process for managing warranty claims on defective items.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in a warehouse stock management role.
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities.
  • Show proficiency in learning new technologies, such as Opusflow.
  • Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License.
  • Maintain a valid Passport.
  • Be physically capable of handling and packing/unpacking inventory items.
  • Have experience in warehouse environments and material management.
  • Demonstrate experience in establishing supply chain processes and documentation.
  • Show a commitment to process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Be located in proximity to Coalville.
