About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Improvement Analyst to join our Purchasing and Supply Chain team. As an Inventory Improvement Analyst, you will play a key role in improving the way our Community Service Centres order stock, working closely with our regional centres to ensure Just-In-Time stock principles are achieved.

This is a new role, created to improve stock forecasting and orders, and will involve high usage of Excel. You will be responsible for manipulating data, interrogating data, and providing reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve stock forecasting and ordering processes
  • Work closely with regional centres to ensure Just-In-Time stock principles are achieved
  • Use Excel to manipulate data, interrogate data, and provide reports
  • Continuously improve stock management processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in supply chain/purchasing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
