Job Summary

Academics is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with special educational needs in the classroom and small groups outside of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support to students with special educational needs, working closely with class teachers to deliver interventions and support pupils.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized learning plans, ensuring students receive the necessary support to achieve their academic goals.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being among students.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree with a minimum of Cs/5s in GCSE English & Maths.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the school.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: £425-£500 per week.
  • Long-term contract, Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm), term-time only.
