**Job Summary**

The JD Group is seeking a highly skilled Change Management and Communications Lead to support the Finance Transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the programme.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Training and Communications approach tailored to the Transformation programme.
  • Lead and manage Communications across the programme, drawing in relevant speakers as necessary to deliver key messages and keep the business informed through regular status briefings.
  • Lead and manage Finance-relevant communication beyond the Finance function, highlighting opportunities for improvement and ways to achieve them.
  • Lead and manage trainers and the training agenda in support of the programme scope, aligned to the overall Finance strategy and People agenda.
  • Deliver a community of users within and outside of Finance prepared for go-live across the scope of the programme.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and engagement skills across the business, including at C-level.
  • Expertise in change management, including stakeholder management, with a record of delivering enduring change in Finance.
  • Ability to translate project plans and objectives into relevant, actionable change-oriented scope, plans, and deliverables.
  • Skill to challenge and validate scope identified by Finance leads and their teams to ensure it is comprehensive.
  • Ability to identify metrics that demonstrate delivery and anchoring of change.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills to work with, direct, and influence GPOs and their teams, project managers, and workstream leads within the programme.
