About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Sanderson, a leading life and pensions company. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering business-critical insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models and dashboards to support business stakeholders in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide tailored data solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop tailored data solutions.
