Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Assess and monitor the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
- Supervise and mentor care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- NMC Registered Nurse with experience working with older adults.
- Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
