About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Care UK, you will be a role model for excellent clinical and care governance practice, promoting the safety and dignity of our residents. You will be a flexible and adaptable individual, able to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Assess and monitor the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
  • Supervise and mentor care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse with experience working with older adults.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of care governance and regulatory requirements.
