Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) team. In this position, you will collaborate with hiring managers and departmental leaders to create and implement effective strategies for sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for all professional roles, from initial outreach through to interviews and final offers.
  • Creative Sourcing: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and Workday to cultivate and manage diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Candidate Engagement: Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, paying close attention to every detail to create a seamless process.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate data records, proactively communicate updates to stakeholders, and leverage insights to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Effective Communication: Provide clear and consistent updates to business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines and expected outcomes.
  • Detail Orientation: Execute projects with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data management/reporting tools.
  • Collaborative Skills: Confident in partnering with hiring managers to facilitate an outstanding interview process.
  • Innovative Mindset: Passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to enhance recruitment efficiency and secure high-quality hires.
