The Opportunity

We're empowering healthcare professionals to make informed decisions that transform patient outcomes. Our diagnostics solutions are used in millions of tests every day, providing critical insights for patients and healthcare systems.

As a leader in molecular diagnostics, we're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on driving sales growth in the South UK region, primarily through new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through data-driven insights and strategic understanding of the UK NHS and Ireland HSE laboratory network.
  • Manage and coordinate tender processes, ensuring timely and effective delivery of our diagnostics solutions.
  • Engage with government bodies to secure approvals for new assays and testing algorithms.
  • Act as a corporate representative to negotiate Managed Service Contracts with third-party companies.

Post-Sale Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Legal Counsel to negotiate contracts and ensure seamless customer relationships.
  • Manage the implementation process from system delivery to go-live, ensuring timely stock delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the diagnostics industry.
  • Proven track record of retaining existing business and driving growth.
  • Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and solution-selling skills.
  • Fluent in English (and local language where applicable).
