The Highland Council is seeking a dedicated Childcare Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing quality care and support to children in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of engaging and stimulating activities for children.
- Support the Head Teacher in creating a safe and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively with the childcare team to meet the diverse needs of children and their families.
- Adhere to the policies and guidelines set forth by the Highland Council.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will be required to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and must register with the SSSC. All staff are expected to undertake relevant training as part of their professional development.
