About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to oversee a small children's care home as a Registered Manager. As a key member of our team at Panoramic Associates, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support services
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
