Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Project Manager to join our team at ANY-Web Ltd. as an AV Project Engineer. This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a strong background in AV systems and experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of all technical elements of a project from initial handover to project completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate all project deliverables in line with the project schedule and in collaboration with all project stakeholders, including the production of drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Site Surveys: Perform site surveys to gather all necessary information to develop or assess a technical solution.
  • Bill of Materials Management: Manage the bill of materials, ensuring all changes are logged appropriately and coordinated with the rest of the project team.
  • Project Status Updates: Coordinate with project managers, logistics, and the delivery team regarding project status.
  • Technical Proposals: Support the delivery of technical proposals for the Business Development Team and consultancy projects from initial client discussions to handover.
  • Engineering Support: Support the wider engineering team with engineering projects and deliverables.
  • Process Improvement: Help develop and improve the company's internal processes by reporting corrective actions, updates, and improvement ideas.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in AV systems and experience in project management.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to work closely with the wider Systems Integration team.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
