Marketing and Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Marketing and Admissions team at Royal High Bath.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to drive student recruitment and lead generation.
  • Oversee online and offline communications, including content development for the school's website, social media channels, and internal communications.
  • Manage an advertising and events schedule to generate leads and enquiries from parents.
  • Collaborate with the Director of External Relations to support fundraising and development campaigns, as well as outreach and public benefit activities.
  • Line manage the Marketing and Alumnae Officer, the Marketing and Events Assistant, and the Reprographics and Outreach Officer.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, PR, or communications, with a strong understanding of marketing functions in relation to sales processes and lead generation.
  • A track record of developing and implementing successful PR, marketing, and communications plans.
  • Basic photography/videography and editing skills, as well as experience of using web-based content management systems.
