Project Manager - Residential Refurbishment Framework

Setsquare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Blue Chip Building Contractor on a long-term residential refurbishment framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the project, ensuring effective communication and leadership of a large team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background, with experience of running projects from £1 million to £4 million. They will be client-facing, with excellent project leadership qualities and soft skills. Strong health and safety awareness and management are essential, as well as technical and financial acumen.

Key responsibilities will include programming work schedules, monitoring building progress, ensuring compliance with regulations and cost limitations. The Project Manager will also be responsible for site inductions, method statements, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permits to work. Logistics planning, plant and labor resources management, and progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors will also be part of the role.
