Job Summary
The Fairlie Healthcare Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialized occupational therapy services to residents with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a clinical caseload and ensure residents receive appropriate treatment to a high professional standard.
- Prepare and deliver resident-centered interventions based on evidence-based practice and treatment options.
- Undertake highly specialist assessments of neurological occupational therapy, including cognitive assessments for PDoC.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based practice and treatment options, as well as the ability to use and interpret assessment results for further therapeutic management.
