We are seeking a high-performing individual with experience of managing a multi-disciplinary environment, to contribute to the further development of our effective Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, Initial Response Teams, and Out of Hours service.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working closely with partners to do the right thing for families, supporting professional curiosity and confident decision making to get families the right help at the right time.

As a leader, you will be responsible for supporting clear pathways for families to early help, targeted and specialist services based on a clear evaluation of risks and need. You will also be responsible for ensuring that children, young people, and their families achieve positive and improved outcomes and are effectively safeguarded.

We are looking for a manager with a track record in managing people well and bringing about performance gains. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work or a Professional Social Work qualification, as well as registration with the HCPC. A leadership or management qualification or evidence of higher related study would be an advantage.
