We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Coach to join our team at Nuffield Health Birmingham Rubery FWC. As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, utilizing your expertise to create a fun and supportive learning environment.
- Be an approachable and positive role model, with a talent for coaching that meets individual needs.
- Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities and services.
- Hold a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, with a proven track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
- Experience working with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programs.
- A confident and approachable manner, with excellent communication skills.
