About the Role

Coworth Park is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest and public areas, providing exceptional service to our guests, and upholding the high standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the setup of rooms pre-arrival, ensuring guests feel welcome and relaxed.
  • Participate in the turndown and night service for occupied rooms and suites, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
